Sim City is a lie

Typically we don't hear about online-only required games becoming modded or hacked because... well they're online-only. Certainly in the case of Sim City we have all been wishing that it was possible, becasue the mod community could fix and address all of our issues such as city size limits, offline mode, etc. It's just too bad Sim City is...... wait whats this?
