WiiU sales hit 400,000 the first week in the US

We all knew the WiiU would probably not sell as much at launch the the Wii, but did not do to bad at 400,000. The Wii that had launched in 2006 had sold 600,000 the first eight days on the shelves. The Wii actually kept up with the WiiU selling 300,000 last week, possibly due to some confused parents. We would have seen more sales of the WiiU if the stock had been kept up, there was just not enough of them to go around.
