A new firmware update is coming to PlayStation 3, no surpirse there however, the firmware update 4.30 will change how Trophies are viewed on PlayStation 3. The Trophy list will be moved from the Games list to the PlayStation Network list. And finally trophies earned on PlayStation Vita will finally be viewable on PlayStation 3. Currently you can see PS3 trophies on the Vita, but cannot see Vita trophies on the PS3.
Additionally the 4.3 update will be the end of the Life With PlayStation application along with the Folding@home service which will end completely in November.

The Walking Dead by Telltale Games will be bundled on disc and sold exclusively at GameStop, to be released on December 4, and will include all 5 episodes.

There is also a new trailer for Bioshock Infiniate

Wii U will require Origin account for EA games?
An Origin account will be required in order to play any of EA's games on the Wii U. The company was recently found to have updated its privacy policy to address what authentication will be required from Wii U players.

"If you sign up to play EA games through a Nintendo Wii U console, your Nintendo account information will be provided to EA so that we can establish an Origin Account for you." "Information transferred to EA includes your Mii information, email address, Nintendo Network ID, friend list, country, language and date of birth but does not include credit card number or other financial account information."

This brings EA's attitude to the Wii U in line with the Xbox 360 and PS3, as owners of those consoles currently face the same rules when playing games such as Mass Effect or Dragon Age online.

NBA Game Time is now on XBox Live
The NBA Game Time app is now available on Xbox Live. The app is accessible to players who have an NBA.com League Pass Broadband subscription and offers live games, highlights and replays in HD.
“You’ll have access to every live regular season game, available in HD. All the games are available in replay, so you can watch on your schedule. And, if you’re short on time altogether, watch the condensed game recap in less than 10 minutes, or just take in the quick highlights,” XBox Live's Major Nelson explains.
