Samsung falls to Apple in lawsuit

The battle between Samsung and Apples phone patent infringes are now ruled out. Samsung was found guilty of violating pinch-to-zoom, rubber band, and believe it or not, producing rectangular smart phones with round edges. Samsung will have to pay out $1.05B USD to apple, which is about 1/4-1/3 of their yearly revenue. The damage is just beginning, we will likely see a ban of all Samsung smartphones which could easily double the amout they had to pay in lost sales. Samsung stock has fallen 7% just in the first day after the verdict.
